MetaInsights is an internal reporting tool used by Red Letter Investment Group to pull organic social media metrics from Meta platforms for authorized business accounts.

Data we access:

- Facebook Page insights (reach, impressions, engagement)

- Instagram Business account insights (reach, impressions, engagement)

How we use data:

- To generate internal performance reports for the account owner

- To monitor organic social activity over time

What we store:

- Access tokens are stored locally in our secured environment

- Report outputs are stored locally for reporting purposes

- We do not sell, share, or publish data to third parties

Data retention:

- Data is retained only as long as needed for reporting

- You may request deletion at any time

DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS (MetaInsights)

If you want your data removed:

1) Email [email protected] with:

- Your business name

- The Facebook Page or Instagram account name

2) We will:

- Remove your access token

- Delete stored reports and cached data tied to your account

Expected completion time: within 7 business days.
